Many of us live our lives on auto-pilot having let life's circumstances determine our current path.

Most of us are so entrenched in a pattern of living that we are unaware an alternative exits.

The degree and frequency by which some of us feel unhappy or unfulfilled depends on our ability to distract ourselves individually or as a collective.

For some individuals the emptiness felt deep within can result in a constant susceptibility to destructive cycles. These fluctuating cycles may include anger, frustration, addictions or detrimental habits. Temporary highs and lows may distract or mask any underlying feeling of discontent or emptiness.

The stronger the ego the greater the disconnect and lack of awareness.

The opportunity to be still, reflect and live life with awareness is an option that is too rarely recognized, let alone understood without initial guidance.

Our mind and our body are interconnected so when disharmony arises we need to adapt, introduce positive change and re-balance our way of living if we are to achieve a sense of wellbeing and harmony.

External intervention via Mind Body Change (MBC) mentoring can speed up the process but there needs to be a degree of initial awareness otherwise the opportunities for change appear to be out of reach or invisible.

Sometimes the shortest path is not the right path. Some of us need to meander along at a slower pace for life's lessons to come into focus or to finally sink in.

The MBC web site offers a blog that will assist with insights and opportunities to raise awareness into how and why we act or react as we go about our daily lives.

Meditation is an excellent change catalyst as it effectively allows the pathways of the thinking mind to reset and refresh resulting in greater opportunities for self awareness. MBC offers a limited number of public and private meditation courses in Sydney each year. A variety of guided meditation recordings are available as free down loads or for purchase.

MBC is for individual, couples and family groups as well as also targeting corporate and community leaders and groups.
